Our activities include:-
1. Coordination of fellow professionals
2. Representing the Client on various technical discussions.
3. Reporting back to the Client project status and progress.
4. Managing Project cost and timely delivery.
5. Chairing regular Project Meetings and Inspections.
In the last few years the industry has evolved bringing to the fore new requirements where our Clients would like us to manage their funds directly. Others may wish us to provide them feasibility studies and review of various investment scenarios for a particular property. We now have clients that desire of us to create new projects for them or related investors with where there is nothing more beyond the idea that real estate is a promising investment option! In all these areas and in a multiplicity of several other ways our clients seek direction or pointers on the best way to use their money.
